The Great Indoors | ABM

For FY2021, I developed a year-long service line theme for ABM, unifying campaigns across our services (janitorial, HVAC, engineering, etc.) under a single creative vision. My main focus was to elevate our content to thought leadership that transcended the facility management industry, making it binge-able, shareable, and memorable. Throughout the year, my team produced various content pieces, all driven by our ads and emails, to support this vision.

After a year spent mostly at home, a return to normal life was on the horizon, bringing exciting changes. As people began returning to offices, schools, airports, arenas, and other public spaces, they had new demands for cleanliness, beauty, safety, and amenities. Some even resisted returning, preferring the comfort and productivity of remote work. Facilities needed to compete to attract occupants by meeting and exceeding these new expectations. To attract and retain tenants, students, travelers, talent, shoppers, and fans, shared facilities had to become true destinations. We aimed to show that ABM's facility services and solutions were uniquely positioned to meet these demands, creating environments worth leaving home for.
